Allwatch

The extremely powerful religious party that oversees much of the world's dominant powers. They are the second government to a number of countries and step in whenever things are dire. Outwardly, they worship Ao and claim to draw much of their power from the Overgod himself.

They deploy representatives called Inquisitors that carry out the Allwatch's duties.
