Ante Bellum is the time period before the Source War. These years were filled with archaic people struggling against a chaotic world. Most civilizations of this time were created in the Age of Discord when deities underwent a race to create the most powerful civilizations. As a result, these civilizations were mostly formed by extraplanar races.
